Ensure that your spirit is always steadfast with the lord.
Ensure that your faith doesn't waiver.
Ensure that the with issues you deal with on daily bases are always given to the lord to work it out.
Ensure that even when others around you are going through things that it doesn't bring you down.
Ensure that you stand the receivceing channel to get your change
